  • The 4 week Certificate in Culinary Arts 
  • The 16 week, full-time, intensive Diploma in Culinary Arts
  • The 14 week Diploma in Patisserie 
  • The 30 week Advanced Diploma in Cuisine and Patisserie

All chef courses offer full-time, intensive training and incorporate accredited, internationally recognised chef qualifications that are valued by employers around the world.

Ashburton also offers a variety of short courses that are half-day, one day, weekend or 5 days long.
