New England Culinary Institute provides a variety of different course offerings in  Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage Business Management, and Hospitality and Restaurant Management. 

Culinary Arts Program offers:

  • Certificate in Professional Cooking
  • Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) 
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Culinary Arts

Food and Beverage Business Management Program offers: 

  • Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS)
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Food and Beverage Business Management

Online Program offers :

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees in Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage Business Management and Baking & Pastry. 

Through Continuing Education, industry professionals may take individual courses online to expand their knowledge base and earn college credits.

Campus is located in Montpelier, VT. Restaurant sites are located at La Brioche Bakery & Cafe and NECI on Main.
