They offer online courses, off-site seminars and on-site training.

Online courses are self-paced and are approx eight hours in length. The online courses are geared towards any professional or aspiring chef. Video and written instruction are included. 

Off-site seminars are approx 3-5 days in length and are offered at their Paris, France and Washington, DC locations. The seminars are geared toward professional chefs. 

On-site training is three days in length and is offered in a restaurant or in one's home, for up to fourteen chefs.
