This is a 4-part training spread over 4 weekends
This program will prepare you to coach anyone with confidence, on any topic, supported by the Co-Active Model.
Leadership training
During the Co-Active Leadership Experience participants will spend their days immersed in an experiential group, exploring the 5 dimensions of the Co-Active Leadership Model. Explore different leadership styles: understand when and how to use them and where to focus specifically to become more effective as a leader.
