PHII students who enroll in the online course can attend a free, 1-day live field training lab at the training facility in Madison, South Dakota, the third Saturday of every other month.

PHII offers Live Courses at the classroom training center in Madison, South Dakota. This fulfills the education requirements for states that do not accept online courses such as Massachusetts, New York, Arkansas, Maryland, and West Virginia)

Upon graduation, students receive free home inspection report software, free business website with online credit card processing and online home inspection report delivery.
