ICA offers training in 20 qualifications, with the most reviewed qualifications being Certified Home Inspector, Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), and Certified Home Inspection. Time to complete this education training ranges from 4 hours to 4 months depending on the qualification, with a median time to complete of 3 weeks. They offer:
- Online Classes - Consists of a library of streaming videos of home inspector training sessions. Students use laptops, desktops, tablets and iOS or Android smartphones to complete videos at their own pace.
- In-person classes cover the same material as the online videos. There are several locations in the following states: Arkansa, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia. Please see website for specific cities.
