Offered nationally and internationally, MTI’s open-enrollment programs are for trainers, coaches, consultants and managers who help others to resolve destructive workplace conflicts.
Training Options include:
- Conflict Dynamics Profile Certification (CDP)
- Certified Workplace Trainer (CT)
- Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer (CMT)
- Resolving Workplace Conflict (RWC)
- Mastering COnflict Dynamics (MCD)
Courses are offered live online or in person at various locations throughout the USA.
