The National Detective Programme
The National Detective Programme is designed to equip you with the core policing skills required in modern investigative work. Throughout the salaried, two-year training programme you’ll play an integral part in solving crimes while developing your leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
The National Graduate Leadership Programme
The National Graduate Leadership Programme trains and develops graduates to become leaders in neighbourhood policing. You’ll be placed in challenging communities in England and Wales, getting to know the issues up close and developing innovative ideas and techniques to tackle some of the challenges. This is also a salaried, two-year programme.
