The Frontline provides training courses to qualify as a social worker.
They recruit, train and support people to become social workers. This opportunity is for high potential graduates and career changers to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children in England.
The Frontline’s programmes:
- Frontline - This is a 2-year intensive programme to become a qualified social worker, working towards a master’s Master’s Degree in Advanced Relationship Based Social Work Practice.
- Firstline - The 10-month Firstline programme develops good social work managers into outstanding leaders, who are better able to support their teams and influence the wider social work system.
Both programmes are funded by The Department of Education, partner authorities and donations, so are free of charge to the participants.
