I like my current job - the role, the team, the money, the lifestyle, the learning curve... everything is great. So I am finding it hard to find momentum to make the move. HELP!

Start to consider what it is that is missing from your current job and list out all the things you don't like. Even though you are getting plenty of satisfaction from what you do now, your feelings seem to be telling you that a more satisfying career is possible...
Although I have spent a huge amount of time trying to determine what I may like to do I am completely stuck. At the moment I need to find some work and it is likely that I will return to the same work because I cannot find the answers.

To help you move forward I'd like you to consider each of your issues separately. Find a person, a friend or relative whom you trust and whose advice you value, to act as a sounding-board and test each of the ideas with them.
