As We Finish 2011, Here's To You

By Richard on 22 December 2011 at 05:41 in Careershifters Blog

Here's to you for daring to believe that it's possible to do work you love (and that still pays the bills).

Here's to you for staying the course, despite the naysayers, the doom mongers and the non-believers.

And here's to you for being part of the Careershifters community. A genuine 'thank you' from all of us on the team.

Finally, whatever progress you've made on your career change in 2011 (let us know here and see how others have done, if you're curious...), don't stop taking actions towards your dream in 2012.

Why? Well, if you needed a reminder, few people have said it better than Steve Jobs:

“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... Most importantly, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

That's it from us in 2011.

Have a great festive season, don't think about your career change for a few days (seriously, this could help you!), and we'll be back in touch next year.
