This is my first blog. I hope I will get advice and help from as many of you as possible who are still on this journey to effectively change career.
So where do I start? I don't like my current job. I actually dread going to work especially on Monday. It seems at the week end, I kind of forget that I have got a job but when the alarm rings on monday morning, it all come back to me.

Something that keeps tripping me up is ‘letting go’ and fear. I think we hold a lot of this stuff in and feel obliged to bear it, rather than drop it!
