honesty , the best policy?

I ve been working in the travel industry for 4years.It been a while since I really really really really wanted to change job.I started with taking e larning courses (to refresh my Microsoft office skills) and updating my cv. however , I keep getting calls from recuiter specialised in the travel industry. More

Need a of serious change

This is my first blog. I hope I will get advice and help from as many of you as possible who are still on this journey to effectively change career.
So where do I start? I don't like my current job. I actually dread going to work especially on Monday. It seems at the week end, I kind of forget that I have got a job but when the alarm rings on monday morning, it all come back to me.
