Unhappy in previous job so decided to try freelancing.

Are you happy with the change?

Yes!

What do you miss and what don't you miss?

I only miss the pay benefits of working full time ie Pension, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay etc. Also miss the interaction of working in an office.

How did you go about making the change?

Just took the leap.

What was the most difficult thing about changing?

It was much easier than you'd imagine. Most difficult thing was making the decision to go for it.

What have you learnt in the process?

If you want to do something, stop thinking about it and get on with it.

What do you wish you'd done differently?

Left a job I was unhappy in much earlier.

What would you advise others to do in the same situation?

Don't waste a minute of your time in the wrong job, get out there and discover what makes you want to get out of bed in the morning.
