Working in... CSR (teleclass) - DATE CHANGE! Now 27 Feb

Tuesday 27 February 2007   8:00pm – 9:00pm

Do you have dreams of working in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)? Or perhaps you're just curious about the field and what people actually do?

Talking to people working in the field is best ways to find out more, but we know from experience that people find it hard to find the time and nerve to pick up the phone.

This convenient evening teleclass will connect you with two experts in the field in a just 60 minute phone call.

Speakers:

Kate Martin (Senior Consultant, Deloitte) Kate has always had an interest in the environment and chose her degree in Environmental Sciences so that she could work in the field. Her eight years in environment and corporate responsibility has taken Kate from a university research group to EDF Energy, a major UK energy company, to a sustainable tourism charity and most recently to the accountancy and consulting firm Deloitte. There, Kate is a senior consultant within the Corporate Responsibility team working with companies such as Cadbury Schweppes and Vodafone.

Stephanie Draper (Deputy Director, Forum for the Future's Business Programme). Stephanie works with businesses to tackle their crunch sustainability issues and make sustainable development a reality in key business sectors. Her specialisms include stakeholder engagement, vision, leadership, embedding sustainable development and The Natural Step Framework. Stephanie joined Forum for the Future from The Work Foundation, where she was Head of CSR. Previously Stephanie delivered HR and organizational change consultancy at the Industrial Society.
