Red's Hot Women Awards - calling all women looking for a new career direction

Here's one for the ladies...

A chance for women with inspiring career change plans to get a helping hand with paid-for work experience.

'Red's Hot Women Awards' are looking for inspiring women with great career change ambitions to enter their 'New Direction' category.

Winners will receive paid, month-long internships at some of the UK's most exciting companies (they don't specify which companies) - including the chance to spend a month with the team at Red.

It looks fairly straight-forward to apply. Simply go to www.redmagazine.co.uk/redAwards2009/ and enter in your details and tell them why you want a month's paid work experience, what sort of company you want to have an internship with, what skills you hope to learn, who your career role models are.

Application deadline is 21st August.
