Checking in with your 2011 Career Change Plan

It’s March already! How are you doing so far this year with your career change?

If you made a yearly plan or commitment to make 2011 the year for your change, it could be a good time to check in with it and reassess where you are heading. So grab a quiet ten minutes, a pen, some tea, and answer these questions:

  • What have you checked out and rejected?
  • What have been positive leads or experiences?
  • What may have worked, and what didn’t?
  • Where are you resisting?
  • What are you drawn to?
  • Do you need to reconfigure your vision or plan?
  • What can you do now?


Hopefully this will help you both see the progress you have made, as well as how to improve your career change plan for the future.
